• Contact form submissions — name, email address, phone number, and any message you choose to send.
• Property search queries — area, price range, bedroom count, and other search filters you enter. These are used only to return results and are not stored or linked to your identity.
• Listing alert sign-ups — name and email address if you request property alerts.
• Vendor sign-up forms — business name, category, phone, email, website, and description if you submit a vendor inquiry.

We do not collect location data, device identifiers, or any information automatically beyond what is standard to web hosting (e.g., server access logs maintained by Netlify).

2. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your inquiry or consultation request.
• To send property alerts you have requested.
• To process vendor directory sign-ups.
• To improve the App and its content.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services, each subject to their own privacy policies:

• EmailJS — used to deliver contact form messages to us.
• RentSpree — used to process rental applications. Applicants are directed to RentSpree's own platform.
• PayPal — used to process vendor directory subscription payments.
• Netlify — hosts the App and may collect standard server access logs.

4. Data Retention

Contact form submissions are delivered to us by email and retained only as long as necessary to respond. We do not maintain a separate database of user submissions.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Security

We take reasonable precautions to protect your information. However, no internet transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights
